Morning or evening blogging?

I made the personal pact to try and write on a daily basis. Now the first day is done and gone, actually have to think about what and how. This morning, the first thought that I had was if I should write as a morning routine or as an evening routine. Let me try and set some pros and cons for each.

Morning blogging

The mind is at its best first thing in the morning. You will never be as productive, they say. Thus, if I wish to have clear concise thoughts written, I should do so first thing in the morrow.
The only con I can think of, is that by doing a morning blog, I will inevitable write about the day ahead. Thus, putting myself on the spot to actually accomplish what was set. I know, I have the wrong perspective. This is actually a pro! Put yourself out there, accountable by your own words and see how much progress you make.

Evening blogging

What better source of inspiration for a daily writing challenge than to write about your day. If I stop 2 minutes, I can certainly think of a business related event that occurred throughout the day. Even an uneventful day is full of work if executed properly. As for cons I can really see myself opting for tv, food or sleep after a long production day. Last thing I want to do is think, write, edit, find\ produce related images, tweak layout and publish.

Knowing myself, I will do both. The morning seems to obviously be the best time to do so. It’s an uphill battle, but one that strengthen and condition you for more treacherous roads ahead.
